Booking and Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation Deposit:

   • To secure a booking, guests are required to pay a 50% deposit of the total rental amount.

   • The deposit can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or another agreed-upon method.

   • Once the deposit is received, the reservation will be confirmed.

2. Balance Payment:

   • The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 4 days before arrival.

   • Failure to pay the balance within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

3. Cancellation Policy:

   • If a guest cancels their reservation:

     • More than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date: Full refund of the deposit.

     • Between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled arrival date: 50% refund of the deposit.

     • Less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date: No refund of the deposit.

   • In case of a no-show, the full rental amount will be charged.

4. Changes and Modifications:

   • Guests may request changes to their reservation (e.g., dates, number of guests) subject to availability.

   • Any modifications should be communicated in writing.

5. House Rules and Policies:

   • Guests are expected to adhere to the property’s rules and guidelines during their stay.

   • By paying the deposit guests confirm to adhere to the property's house rules.

   • Smoking, pets, and excessive noise may result in additional charges or eviction.

• Check-in is available from 14:00 PM, and guests must check-out before 10:00 AM.

• It is important to close all windows and lock the doors when leaving the house to ensure security.

• Before checking out, please ensure that all dishes are washed and cleaned.
